A unique composition between sweet and sour gives this premium filler its unique character. The flavour is dominated by sweet grapefruit and rounded off with bergamotte and Meyer’s lemon. The Meyer’s lemon is a cross between a lemon and a mandarin-pomelo hybrid: This combination gives us a wide range of citrus nuances which fit together perfectly.
Our taste aspects are easily recognisable in the design. The pastel pink and the soft yellow ensure a perfect match between the fresh sweetness and the acidity: In combination with the accents of grapefruit, the design will awaken the warm and sunny side of life.
The Paloma
To create a salt rim on the glass, coat the rim of the highball glass with a lime wedge and then dip it in sea salt. Fill the highball glass with ice cubes and tequila and add freshly squeezed lime juice. Fill up with GOLDBERG Pink Grapefruit Soda and garnish with a slice of lime or grapefruit.
